Flower Patch and Diamond House Bed and Breakfast - The Experience

Your Bed & Breakfast Experience

Lynne and Bill Harshbarger opened their B&B to the world in 1988 when their children were leaving home. While they worried over what might please their guests and how the house should look and what to fix for breakfast, they soon discovered that it was the whole experience of a B&B that is most attractive to visitors. Guests like everything. Especially they enjoy the quiet music and the art work, but most of all they enjoy sharing their lives and telling their stories. We've listed some of their comments here:

"We had a FABULOUS time celebrating Sotie's birthday here. He said the dinner was wonderful. Each dish was absolutely delicious individually, but everything combined together in an amazing way. True talent and artistry is found in the food here. Thank-you for everything you do! The room is gorgeous & we will be back."

"Absolutely Awesome! The best gourmet breakfast we have ever had. The service was fabulous, too, far better than Grand Hotel or Machinac Is.

You are very talented, blessed people! I Know the Red V.I.O.L.E.T.S. (our red hat group) will truly enjoy every part of their experience here. "

"We had a wonderful time at your home. We stayed two nights and greatly enjoyed the breakfast feast both days. Your hospitality was magnificent. We appreciated how you would sit down and talk with us as though we were part of the family. It is easy to see why so many of your customers return. Thank you."
