Flower Patch and Diamond House Bed and Breakfast - The Experience

Your Bed & Breakfast Experience

Lynne and Bill Harshbarger opened their B&B to the world in 1988 when their children were leaving home. While they worried over what might please their guests and how the house should look and what to fix for breakfast, they soon discovered that it was the whole experience of a B&B that is most attractive to visitors. Guests like everything. Especially they enjoy the quiet music and the art work, but most of all they enjoy sharing their lives and telling their stories. We've listed some of their comments here:

"Thank-you for making our stay at the Flower Patch such a wonderful experience! The amenities & attention to detail you share with your guests are amazing. The food was beautiful and so delicious. We will be back!"

"I've had the most wonderful experience in your home. The food was just the most wonderful treat - presentation - the taste - I could go on & on. I will come back again. Thank you!"

"Absolutely Awesome! The best gourmet breakfast we have ever had. The service was fabulous, too, far better than Grand Hotel or Machinac Is.

You are very talented, blessed people! I Know the Red V.I.O.L.E.T.S. (our red hat group) will truly enjoy every part of their experience here. "

"We had a most enjoyable time staying with you. The house is so beautiful and so are the grounds. We enjoyed our tea and talk with Bill, Lynne, and Dan. Our room was perfect. Fantastic breakfast. I ate everything plus the flowers. "
